Young Abby Wilson from Georgia (in the brown "Jacob" hoodie) had her wish come true on Wednesday, June 1 when she arrived in Forks for a visit to the famous Twilight locations on the West End.

Funds for the trip to Forks were boosted by the efforts of the Twilight Moms of Georgia organization. They held fund-raisers and brought in donations to help underwrite the costs of the vacation for Abby and her mom, Tina Wilson.

Here Abby, her mom and accompanying Twilight moms pose in front of Bella’s red Chevy pickups at the Forks Chamber of Commerce’s Visitor Information Center on Wednesday. The group was taken on a tour of Twilight locations by the Team Forks – Twilight Tours company. Stacie Chastain and other West End Twilight fans arranged for a Jacob impersonator to be in position at another stop during the tour as a surprise for the Georgia girl.

Thirteen year old Abby has battled lung cancer for several years, and is stage four of the disease. The Twilight Moms have helped decorate her bedroom with Twilight items to help her relax during breaks from ongoing cancer treatments.
