An excited and proud Coach Pam Gale shared the following statement.

“Not just the sun shone in Yakima over the weekend !!! The Spartans managed to grab 6 state medals and a new school record! On Friday, Gage Willenbrink placed 4th in the high jump! Jumping 5’10 and a PR for him!

Also on Friday, the girls 4×4 of Skye Hestand, Moli Luong, Lizzie Morrison, and Ericka Williams ran a PR of 4:24.01 to put them into the finals on Saturday, grabbing a 7th place state relay medal!!

In the Girls Javelin, Reagan Dunn outshone the sun, placing 5th and a new school record with a throw of 117’8”!!!! Temperatures soared in Yakima during the state meet, and so did the Forks Spartans !! Congratulations to another great season and accomplishments by all of our amazing athletes!!! It just doesn’t get any better.”
