Camping retreat proposed near Grouse Glen

Grouse Glen area residents were recently notified of a proposed camping retreat planned near them. The 21-acre project called Luminary Resort at Sol Duc is proposed to have 32 mirrored one-bedroom cabins, a community building, pickleball courts, and overflow parking with 50 parking stalls. The project is to be completed in five stages with a completion date of March 2031. Work would start, if approved, in March 2026.
