The West End’s north coast along the Strait of Juan de Fuca experienced a touch of spring on Friday, March 16 with sunny skies, fluffy cumulus clouds and a rainbow spanning across the coast off Vancouver Island. Photo was taken from a viewpoint located between Seiku and Neah Bay.
