Native Plant Sale

Clallam Conservation District’s annual Native Plant Sale is coming to an end on January 20, 2026, at midnight. Plants are sold in bundles of five, 10, and 25, depending on species, with prices ranging from $28 to $44 per bundle. Most plants are one- to two-year-old bare-root seedlings measuring between 8 and 24 inches, though some specialty species are available as plugs, which are young plants grown in small seedling pots.

While many species have already sold out, a wide selection is still available. Conifer tree seedlings include Douglas fir, grand fir, noble fir, shore pine, Sitka spruce, western hemlock, western red cedar and western white pine. Deciduous tree seedlings still offered are big leaf maple, Pacific crabapple and vine maple.

A variety of native shrubs are also available, including blue elderberry, mock orange, oceanspray, tall Oregon grape, osoberry, Pacific ninebark, red elderberry, red flowering currant, red osier dogwood, salal, serviceberry, snowberry, thimbleberry and twinberry.

Orders can be placed through the Conservation District website at clallamcd.org/plant-sale. Pre-ordered plants will be available for pickup in east Port Angeles on Friday, February 27, and Saturday, February 28, 2026
