MCT to present …ALICE IN WONDERLAND

An audition will be held for the Missoula Children’s Theatre (MCT) production of Alice in Wonderland on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2 p.m. Those auditioning should arrive before noon and plan to stay for the full two hours. Doors will open at 11:45 a.m. A permission/emergency contact form is required to audition; please arrive early to complete the form. Some cast members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the audition.

Roles to be cast include three Alices of varying size, her sister Margaret, the Mad Hatter, the March Hare, the Queen of Hearts, the King of Hearts, the Knave of Hearts, the Cheshire Cats, Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee, the Flower Band, Cards, and Lobsters. Students in kindergarten through 12th grade are encouraged to audition, and no advance preparation is necessary. Assistant Directors will also be selected to help with rehearsals throughout the week and to take on essential backstage responsibilities.

The Missoula Children’s Theatre touring productions are complete with costumes, scenery, and props. MCT Tour Actor/Directors will conduct rehearsals throughout the week from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., except on Early Release Wednesday, January 21, 2026, when rehearsals will run from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Alice in Wonderland will be presented on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026, at 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the Forks High School Commons. The Missoula Children’s Theatre residency in Forks is brought to the community by the Quillayute Valley School District, with support from the Forks Forum.
