The Feeding 5000 weekly free lunch program has received a generous $30,000 grant from the Haller Foundation. The funding will help replace aging kitchen ranges and address other facility needs at the Community Center on Maple Avenue, where dedicated volunteers prepare and serve free meals every Tuesday at noon, to community members in need. The grant will help ensure the program can continue providing a welcoming place and nutritious meals for those who rely on its services.
